[Product Construction Case] Anshin Corporation

Responding to requests such as being unable to drive anchors! Examples of earthquake countermeasures implemented.

We would like to introduce the product installation examples by Anshin Co., Ltd. At Electronics Manufacturer A, we installed the "Anshin K-shaped jig" and others on the second-floor production line, where anchors could not be installed but earthquake measures were desired. At Precision Equipment Manufacturer B, we installed the "Anshin R-shaped jig" and others on large inspection equipment, aiming to maintain precision while implementing earthquake measures. At Medical Equipment Manufacturer C, we installed "custom jigs" and "Anshin round jigs" on a production line where dust generation is not allowed. Please refer to the attached PDF for more details.
